These terms are published by Celagenix Business Advisory (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2015/359792/07), trading as Celagenix Agency, a subsidiary of Celagenix Holdings (Pty) Ltd, which owns the Celagenix® trademarks. References to “we”, “us”, or “Celagenix Agency” below mean Celagenix Business Advisory (Pty) Ltd.
Celagenix Agency provides strategy consulting (StratDash® methodology), media production, and support services. Service-specific terms are confirmed in engagement agreements prior to commencement.
Pricing is quoted in ZAR and USD. Payment terms are confirmed in the engagement agreement. Studio bookings require a deposit to secure scheduling.
StratDash® is a proprietary consulting methodology of the Celagenix® Group. The Sovereign Idea Execution Framework (SIEF), and the IdeaForge and ClarityForge tools built on it, are proprietary IP of the Celagenix® Group, owned by Celagenix Holdings (Pty) Ltd. Client work produced by the Agency transfers to the client upon full payment.
Strategy consulting provides guidance and frameworks. Business outcomes depend on client implementation and market conditions. Celagenix Agency does not guarantee specific commercial outcomes. IdeaForge and ClarityForge are free self-assessment tools provided for informational purposes only; their outputs do not constitute professional, financial, or clinical advice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the South African courts, unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.
